Directions:

- Mix equal amounts of Jasmine flower, Ginkgo, Mullein, Yerba Mate, and Raspberry Leaf into an airtight jar.
- Choose your grinder - Decide how you want to grind the herbs: Electric coffee grinder or a dry herb grinder? I prefer the latter as I find manually grinding your herbs is a ritual in itself.
- Place the desired amount of the ground herb blend into the bowl of the pipe.
- Prepare your lighter and make yourself comfortable ready to reach nirvana.
- Inhale via the mouthpiece while simultaneously using the lighter to burn the herbs.
- While inhaling, watch the glass chamber fill with smoke - I like to envision my heart filling with peace and love.
- Repeat the affirmation: "My heart is open - I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
- As you exhale, enjoy the euphoric sensations of reaching nirvana
